Taxes & Fees
Room rates are non-commissionable. Rates are subject to nightly city and state taxes of 14.75% plus $5.50 occupancy charge per suite as well as a $33 nightly administrative fee.
Check-in & Checkout
Check-in is 3:00pm, and checkout is 12:00 noon.
We will do our best to accommodate guests arriving prior to 3:00pm. Our bell staff will be pleased to assist guests with luggage storage if necessary.
Room assignments will be made directly with The Roger by calling the hotel’s reservation department at 1-888- 448-7788 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Front desk will provide code.
Reservations will be held until 6:00AM the following day. In order to confirm the room, the individual, company or travel agency must guarantee payment for the first night’s room and tax. This guarantee of payment may be made by credit card, advance deposit or written guarantee (providing appropriate authorization has been established).
In the event that you or your travelers need to cancel a reservation at Roger, our Reservations office should be notified by calling toll-free to 888.448.7788. Failure to cancel a reservation by 3:00pm, 24 hours prior to the day of arrival will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night’s room and tax. The remaining nights of the stay will automatically be cancelled.
The traveler’s credit card number or a company guarantee is needed when making reservations. If you’re feeling generous enough to cover the cost we will ask that you complete our credit letter and a 3rd party authorization. We will even keep the authorization on file – ease and convenience are the name of our game.
