What’s the name of your company and what is your title
Founder of Cura/genda
What inspired you to begin (working at) your company
Art, travel, experiencing different cultures. My restlessness to search for inspiring people and places- filling the missing gap in the two industries.
What was your childhood mantra
I wanted to live life to the fullest and experience everything (as cliche as it may sound).
What’s your pre-take off ritual
Have a nice proper dinner with my little sister, which seems to happen less as we are getting older.
What’s your ideal summer vacation spot
Too many to name. One of my favorite trips was an onsen road trip (hot spring in Japanese) ending up in the ultimate tip of southwestern Japan. Marrakesh is on my vacation list. Though my vacation these days are usually linked to site-visit trips for work (one way or another). I think it’s more about being with the ‘ideal travel mate’.
First album you ever bought
A Beatles or Teresa Teng vinyl
What is personal space flight worth to you
Too out of reach to think about.
Would you trust an autonomous car
Probably, in a desert but not in NYC.
Where would you rather be right now
I was just thinking about Turin the other day. Right now I’m feeling fine being right here in New York. Heading out to LA and Palm Spring, so that’s been on my mind.
How did you first hear about Blender
Peter Korbel, co-founder of Blender & founder of StoreMe
What drew you to Blender
It was very cool to see the space covered in dust and construction to becoming a sophisticated, extremely well-designed luxury office space. The lounge, hospitality and all the interior details are what makes the space unique.
What made you ultimately decide to move your business to Blender
The founders
What would you curate for Blender event
I have been curating too many events to name!
