The above rates are applicable to single or double occupancy. If the corporate rates are not available, the traveler may continue to make his/her reservation at the Best Available Rate (BAR) at the time of booking.

These volume rates are for individual transient travel only and do not apply to groups.

A Group is defined as 8 or more rooms on peak night; or is determined at the discretion of The Roger. Group rates will be negotiated with the Sales Department.
These rates do not guarantee a specific room.

Last Room Availabilities (LRA)
The rates indicated above are subject to Last Room Availability which is based upon the agreed upon room types only. Rates may be subjected to length of stay restrictions.

Taxes & Fees
Room rates are non-commissionable. Rates are subject to nightly city and state taxes of 14.75% plus $5.50 occupancy charge per suite as well as a $33 nightly administrative fee.

Check-in & Checkout
Check-in is 3:00pm, and checkout is 12:00 noon.
We will do our best to accommodate guests arriving prior to 3:00pm. Our bell staff will be pleased to assist guests with luggage storage if necessary.

Reservations
Room assignments will be made directly with The Roger by calling the hotel’s reservation department at 1-888- 448-7788 or emailing [email protected]. Front desk will provide code.

Guarantee Policy
Reservations will be held until 6:00AM the following day. In order to confirm the room, the individual, company or travel agency must guarantee payment for the first night’s room and tax. This guarantee of payment may be made by credit card, advance deposit or written guarantee (providing appropriate authorization has been established).

Cancellations
In the event that you or your travelers need to cancel a reservation at Roger, our Reservations office should be notified by calling toll-free to 888.448.7788. Failure to cancel a reservation by 3:00pm, 24 hours prior to the day of arrival will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night’s room and tax. The remaining nights of the stay will automatically be cancelled.

Billing Arrangements
The traveler’s credit card number or a company guarantee is needed when making reservations. If you’re feeling generous enough to cover the cost we will ask that you complete our credit letter and a 3rd party authorization. We will even keep the authorization on file – ease and convenience are the name of our game.
