    214 Lafayette is a historic townhome turned bespoke event venue in the heart of SoHo. With five floors, city views, and a massive indoor pool, this space is truly epic.

    The space’s high ceilings and exposed brick offer a modern feel while evoking images of its former role as the early home of Manhattan’s powerlines.

    Newly renovated, 214 Lafayette brings unique and antique finishes, such as a 15th century stone fireplace rescued from the south of France and an incredible 40’ x 12’ indoor pool.
