On Wednesday, February 27, Blender Workspace hosted The Future of Fitness Panel and Marketplace. The panel featured health and wellness experts from all over NYC plus, a Q&A with audience members. Afterwards, guests were invited to join us in our Cafe and test out the latest health and wellness offerings like Zing Protein Bars, Rebbl Drinks and Nova Studios fitness consultations.
The discussion was moderated by Dr. Joe Lipsky, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Strength Coach at Reload Health Performance.
Panelists included:
– Dr. Paulvin a New York-based physician dedicated to functional and holistic medicine
–Sarah Wragge, a Holistic Nutritionist & Wellness Expert
–Stacey Griffith, Author of Two Turns from Zero, Founder of SBBYSG, and a SoulCycle Senior Master Instructor
–Isaac Calpito, Creator of Torch’d, celebrity personal trainer, choreographer, and Broadway dancer

We have seen an increase in on-demand fitness and new exciting supplements, recovery technology and other supporting products. Our Future of Fitness event featured an all-star lineup up of expert speakers discussing the latest fitness trends and what they anticipate for 2019. We also featured exciting brands and vendors at our marketplace, where people had the chance to test the latest tech and mini treatments from businesses right in NYC!”
