Office work has gone through major changes over the past few years. Companies that once relied on large full or partial floor office space had to quickly adapt to a new, work-from-home remote virtual office. Many companies no longer own or lease the large offices they once called home. As in-person office work becomes the norm again, some companies are looking for flexible office solutions.
Challenge
Socure – a market leader in the identity verification space – is one of those companies. At the end of 2021, Socure started looking for office and meeting space for 25 employees with access twice a week.
Solution
Socure was attracted to the flexible office space solutions and pay-per-use model that Blender Workspace offered.
Through their membership with Gable, a marketplace for coworking and meeting spaces, Socure conveniently books multiple private offices and a meeting space for their employees twice a week to access at their leisure.
Employees use the office space for individual work, and the meeting room for collaborative sessions and Zoom meetings. They also have open access to Blender’s sun-drenched cafe space for lunch breaks and larger team meetings.
“We are excited to see Socure utilizing the space in more ways to accomplish their work at Blender,” says Taylor Basham, Partner Operations and Success Manager at Gable.
Alexandra Ande, General Manager of Blender Workspace, hopes that Blender’s new FlexPass and Hybrid coworking plans will attract more companies looking for an alternative to the traditional Monday – Friday, 9 – 5 routine.
“It has been such a pleasure to work with Gable and Socure on this creative solution for their office needs. Employees have the opportunity to collaborate each week in a flexible and productive workspace without the burden of traditional long term lease.” says Alexandra Ande.
